InfraForge Morocco respects your privacy and handles personal data with care. We comply with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the Protection of Individuals with Regard to the Processing of Personal Data. This policy explains what data we process, why we do so, and what rights you have.
1. Who We Are
InfraForge Morocco is an IT service provider for businesses, registered under Moroccan law. We offer network management, cloud solutions, Microsoft 365, VoIP/telephony, and cybersecurity services.

2. What Data We Process
We process personal data that you provide to us or that arises from your use of our services. This includes:
Client data: name, company name, job title, address, phone number, email address, company registration (RC/ICE), tax ID, payment details.
Usage data: login credentials, device/system information, IP address, support tickets, and log files.
Service usage data (for VoIP/IT services): call/internet metadata (times, numbers, duration) — never the content of calls or files.
Website data: IP address, cookie IDs, browsing behaviour (see § 7).
Applications: CV, cover letter, contact details, and references you provide.
We do not process special categories of personal data unless you voluntarily share them.
3. Why We Process Data
We process data for the following purposes:
Performance of the contract
Delivery of IT services, account creation, support and management, invoicing, and communication.
Legal obligations
Tax retention obligations (10 years under Moroccan tax law), obligations to regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
Legitimate interest
Keeping our systems secure, improving our services, client satisfaction surveys, and marketing to existing clients.
Consent
Newsletters, marketing cookies, and participation in events or surveys. You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. Sharing Data with Third Parties
We share personal data only when necessary for our services or when legally required. Categories include:
Cloud and hosting providers (e.g., email, storage, backups).
Telecom and VoIP partners.
IT service partners who support us.
Administrative service providers (accounting, collection, banking).
Government authorities or regulators, where required by law.
We enter into data processing agreements with these parties to protect your data, in accordance with Law 09-08.
5. Retention Periods
Client files: for the duration of the contract plus a maximum of 2 years.
Tickets/logs: 12–24 months, unless longer is needed for incident response.
Backups: according to the retention schedule agreed in your contract/SLA.
Invoices/accounting: 10 years (Moroccan legal obligation).
Marketing: until you unsubscribe or 24 months after last contact.
Applications: 4 weeks after conclusion; with consent up to 1 year.
6. Security
We take appropriate measures to protect data, including:
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) and access control.
Encryption of data (where possible).
Regular updates and monitoring.
Logging and backups.
Our security practices also align with Moroccan Law No. 05-20 on cybersecurity and the directives of the General Directorate of Information Systems Security (DGSSI).
7. Cookies
Our website uses:
Functional cookies: necessary for the proper functioning of the site.
Analytical cookies: to track visitor statistics (privacy-friendly configuration).
Marketing cookies: only with consent, e.g., for social media or remarketing.
Upon your first visit, we request consent via a cookie banner. You can always adjust your preferences.
8. Your Rights
Under Law 09-08, you have the right to:
Access, correct, and delete your data.
Restrict processing or request data portability.
Object to processing (e.g., for marketing).
Send your request to privacy@infraforge.ma. We may ask you to verify your identity (e.g., copy of ID, with the national ID number and photo masked).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP) at www.cndp.ma.
9. Minors
Our services are aimed at businesses and are not intended for individuals under the age of 16.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The most recent version will always be available at infraforge.ma/privacy.
